Before
The widow now has a valance style curtain over it too. These are the FINISHED FINISHED photos...there were still some spots that needed a blue paint job touch up. (under the stove, cabinets, outlet covers)
Now I just have to make over the fridge with some cute magnets and organization! This mess kills me!
p.s. please ignore the dirty handles. YUCK-O!
Ok enough balogna, price break down:
Primer & Paint: $35
New Hardware: $40
Tin Tiles: $80
New counters: $165 (including glue, roller, etc)
Total: $320
For a cheap $320 we have a "new" kitchen. I'm loving how it turned out. There are still a few more things that we need to do such as paint the stove fan white, put white beadboard on the back of the bar counter (living room side) and get new lighting fixtures for the kitchen.
Doesn't it look 100 MILLION times better?! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it.
I have another post coming about the living room update with a DIY project, but that will have to wait until later this week. (wink, wink)
