Field Placement

Well I have been going to my field placement for methods since the end of September. It is where I observe a teacher for a total of 50 hours and need to teach 4 lessons. This week was the first time that I taught my lessons. I have done 2 so far, and am doing my 3rd on Friday. I am REALLY enjoying it. It is hard though, because the class length is only about 30 minutes (after they get all settled in and what not) so it makes teaching a lesson difficult. Just as the students are getting into it, I have to be like ok let's wrap it up. Which sucks, but I am learning a lot about effective planning and time management. I'm so excited to student teach!!!!!!!! I'll let you know how the whole thing turns out!
