Craigslist Deals!!

Last weekend we scored some really good deals on Craigslist for Calla. I had been wanting to get her the laugh and learn table because of the book in the center (I thought she'd really love that) but wasn't going to pay full price for one (~$40). I searched CL and found one for $10; can you believe it?! I quickly wrote the person an email and said I would take it!!! She emailed me back and asked if I would be interested in a laugh and learn kitchen. I then asked how much and checked the price on amazon ($80). She emailed me back and said $25. I said I'd love to take them both off her hands. We were thinking about getting Calla something similar to the kitchen (the house) for her birthday. I went and picked them up and brought them home. Guess what we even score some free WORKING batteries! The table had batteries in it that worked!! Calla loves playing with the both of them. I love thinking that I am making the environment better by "recycling" people's "garbage" instead of going out and buying new.
