Well today I had my first doctor's appointment... The past week I have been having trouble with spotting,(I had called the birthing center and followed all the advice they've given me) and so I brought it up to the nurse. She had a ultrasound ordered. I went and had that taken care of and the results came back that the baby stopped growing at 5 weeks. I have to go back to my appointment on the 28th to make sure that everything passed ok.
Nick and I are handling it ok. It really has shaken us up, but we know that everything happens for a reason...and although we might not see that reason right now- it will all work out.
